  海德利森金属隔膜压缩机有单级和多级压缩机,其最大容积排量为400SCFM(680立方米/每小时),最高压力可达到100MPa,根据被压力气体的工艺条件,可设计制造不同形式的膜头结构、驱动结构和附件、同时可选择不同的材料。  
应用介质:氩气、二氧化碳、一氧化碳、氯气、乙烯、氟利昂、氦气、氢气、硫化氢、甲烷、氮气、氧气、及有毒易燃的放射性的气体等介质。  

Hydrosys Metal Diaphragm compressons includes single and multi-stage models,with displacements to 400 cfm (680m3/hr)and pressure to 100MPa. A variety of head closure designs, powet-frames, accessoories,and materials of construction allow Hydrosys to match a diaphragm compressor to most process parameters.

 
Media: Nitrogen, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, chlorine, ethylene, freon, helium, hydrogen, hydrogen sulfide, methane, nitrogen, oxygen, radioactive and hazardous/toxic/ inflammable/radioactive gas.tc.

  • 新型无配油盘结构,节能降耗(专利号为ZL 2006 2 0158514.0);
    Without oil plate, save energy (the Patent NO.ZL 2006 20158514.0);
  • 压缩气体完全与外界密封,能达到很高的密封性能,这种高密封性能的压缩机尤其适用于核电厂的放射区域和高毒性气体的压缩;
    The metal diaphragm group of the diaphragm compressor isolates the process gas from the hydraulic fluid and all lubricated parts to ensure purity. Specially suitable for compress gas in radioactive area of nuclear power plant and highly poisonous gas;
  • 由于膜腔中绝对无润滑剂,即气体不可能和任何润滑剂接触,因此将危险气体如氧气、氟化气体和氯气等压缩到比较高的压力是没有任何问题;
    No lubricant in diaphragm cavity, therefore, can be widely used for oxygen, chlorine, fluorinated gas or hazardous gas;
  • 相对其它类型的压缩机,在膜腔内也没有任何因滑动部件的磨损而产生颗粒污染气体,因而绝对确保压缩后的气体与进入压缩机时完全一样的纯度。所因以,适用于高纯度气体(如电子气体)、呼吸气体、以及燃料电池技术氢气;
    Comparison with other types of compressors, hydrosys diaphragm metal compressor without any particulate matter pollution which caused by abrasion. It absolutely ensures the gas purity as same as before compressed. Therefore, it is suitable for high purity gas such as electronic gas, breathing air and hydrogen used for fuel cell technology.
  • 高压缩效率。由于对膜腔曲线的最优设计,在膜片的许用应力下保证膜片变形最大,所以体积效率达到最大;
    High compression efficiency: Maximum deformation of diaphragm ensures obtain maximum volume efficiency.
  • 压缩机的润滑方式采用压力润滑,因此压缩机部件都有极好的液压油润滑,所以运动部件的磨损减小到最低极限,因此维修率低;
    Hydraulic lubrication: moving parts are lubricated by hydraulic oil. Minimizes abrasion and reduce maintenance rate;
  • 压缩机的补油方式采用压力补油,即粗滤后的润滑油通过齿轮泵增压再精滤,然后进入补偿油泵,这样带压的润滑油防止补油泵内含空气而不上油;同时防止细小颗粒进入补油泵而损坏柱塞,延长补油泵的寿命;
    Pressure oil compensating: Lubricants after coarse filtering, which pass through gear pump, pressurize for fine filtering, then enter to compensate pump. Pressurized lubricating oil can be easy to be compensated, to avoid the problems which caused by air existing in compensation pump; it also can prevent small particles enter compensation pump to damage the plunger, thus could lengthening the service life of compensation pump;
  • 配置膜片报警装置和润滑油压低报警,使压缩机运行安全可靠;
    Leak-Tight alarm device and low-pressure alarm of lubricant oil, to ensure compressor running safety and reliability;
  • 缸盖螺栓、螺母及接头都采用表面处理;油管路及冷却器全部采用不锈钢钢管,使整机外形美观;
